Welcome: We welcome

Theodore Hsueh of the Christian Communications International for preaching
today in both the Morning and Noon services. Pray that the Lord will guide
him and his ministry.

. Mini Concert: Graded
Children Choir will present songs and music at 10:35 am in the Sanctuary
on Mother's Day ( 5/13, Sunday). Please don't miss this special treat!
All are welcome. Coffee & donut time will be cancelled
that day.

China Bible Teaching Ministry: Please
join Brother Stephen Sin of CCI International who will share an dintroduce
this ministry on 5/13 ( Sunday) in Rm 511 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.

Teacher Training: How can
you impact the kingdom of God ? Get involved by sharing God's love to
children. Learn ‘how-to' share the gospel, ‘how-to' teach, and other
“How to” techniques with training conducted by Cliff and Dale Edwards
of Child Evangelism Fellowship
(CEF) on Saturday, 5/19, from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm at our church. For more

Chinese School : Is currently enrolling new
students for next school year. Please take a registration form at the
Chinese School counter on the 2 nd floor. For details, please contact

Reading Mentoring Program :
Is
being established at Gordon Elementary School . This is an opportunity
to work with a child weekly one on one for an hour until the end of school
year on 5/26 to help him/her in reading. If you are interested, please
call Karen Nielsen at 713-806-8385 or email her at kjvvlnielsen@yahoo.com
. Additional information can be picked up in the lobby.

Carol Huang Memorial Scholarship: Applications
will be taken for 2007. Five $ 1,000 need-based scholarships will be awarded.
Deadline for application is 5/31. Award will be announced in early August.
Please pick up an application in the church office or email taiw@hcchome.org.

Camp Good News: Children 7-12 can spend a week at Forest Glen
and experience the "Ultimate Adventure in Christ!" Camp Good
News has 6 different week-long sessions to accommodate your schedules.

HCC Music Night: We
will have the church-wide music night on 6/29(Friday) to celebrate and edify each
other with God's wonderful gift - music . All fellowships and small
groups are invited to participate.
The
theme is "Friendship" this year. Please pray and
