Welcome: We
welcome our guests who are visiting with us for the first
time. Please join us for lunch in the Chapel after the noon service.

Membership Class :
Pastor Fred will hold a membership
class today from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm, in Rm. 413.

. Chinese School
: Free Chinese textbooks in traditional characters will be available
today & 2/17 from 10.30 am to 3:30 pm at the Chinese School counter
on 2 nd floor.

Mission Department: Please review today's insert in the bulletin
on 2008 HCC Short Term Mission Trips and consider joining one or more.
For the trips beginning in June, July, August or September, the deadline
for applications is 3/31/08. If you need information or have any question,
please contact the respective contacts or Short-term Mission coordinator

Community Service
Department: (1) Special
Needs SS Class : We will have Sunday school classes for children
and adults with special needs beginning 2/24. Sixteen (16) volunteers
who can commit two hours a month to help out in the classrooms are needed.
A certified special education teacher will hold a training session on
2/17 (Sunday) from 1-2:30 pm; (2) Cancer Support Group :
We are also in need of volunteers for our Cancer Support Group. Training
will be provided. If interested in either or both, please contact Michelle

. There will be a sign up table in the lobby today.

Pearland Campaign Closed :
Praise God for all who prayed
and gave sacrificially for the campaign. The campaign is closed with a
total of $ 144,725.00

Will be held at Pineywoods
Camp on 3/7-9. Please register at the lobby. or see our website at

Deadline: 2/ 24 . Retreat t-shirts ($7) now available for order.

. HCC
Community Service Health Day:
Will be held on Saturday, 4/ 26. This event serves the community
in Greater Houston Area with free medical seminars, free health preventative
screening, and medical consultations. Please pray for this event
and volunteer. We need doctors, nurses, other medical professionals, and
non-medical volunteers. We ask donation of educational materials, freebie
samples, etc to stuff goodie bags. If you are interested in serving, please sign-up
with Helen Xu: helen_xu1111@yahoo.com . or contact church office
