Welcome: We welcome
our guests who are visiting with us for the first time.

Graded Children
Choirs Registration : Kinder
(4 & 5 years old), children (1 st & 2 nd Grade) and Junior Choir
( 3 rd to 5 th Grade) could be registered at the lobby, after the Noon
Service from 12:15pm-1:00pm today, 8/24 and 8/31. There will be a registration
fee of $ 5.00. For registration after 8/31, the fee will be $ 10.00.

Awana
Clubs: Pick
up your registration forms today in the lobby, turn in today or on 8/24,
and receive $10 in Awana Shares for your clubbers to spend in the
Awana Store. Club begins on 9/12. Cost for the school year
(September to May) is $60/clubber and includes uniform, books,
and awards.

Carol
Huang Scholarship Awarded: The following
students were awarded the above scholarship: Ruth Chang, Zui Keat Ng,
Yi An (Joy) Chang, Yuanyuan (Franny) Li & Mo Zhang. Presentation
will be held today at Noon Service.

Youth Choir
Registration : Will
be held on 8/24(Sunday), from 12:45pm to 1:30pm in the Youth Center
. Students from Grade 6 through 12 are welcome. Please contact Pin Lin
at 713-666-3816 for more information.
7. Church
Members Meeting: Will
take place next Sunday 8/24, after Morning and Noon worship services
to confirm the Elders and Deacons for 2009-2010 Church Council.
If you cannot attend the meeting, please take a ballot from the church
office this week and cast your vote.

School

Year: Will
start on Sunday, 9/7. For registrations, please go to the Chinese School
