Announcements

• Welcome: We welcome our guests who are visiting with us for the first time. May the Lord bless you and give you peace.
• Church Members Meeting: Will take place next Sunday 9/12, immediately after the Morning and Noon worship services to confirm the Elders and Deacons for 2011-2012 Church Council. If you cannot attend the meeting, please obtain a ballot from the church office today and cast your vote.
• Awana Clubs: Registration for 2010-2011 Awana Clubs continues. For more details. please contact Cindy Hong at cindyh@hcchome.org . Awana begins on 9/17 (Friday).
• Youth Ministry: The Youth Ministry is still in need of 2-4 more Oxygen Teachers. More importantly, we are looking for 5 women who would be willing to lead a small group for the current school year. We have over 20 young ladies who have said, “I want to be in a d-group" and we need leaders to be there for them. Please contact David Carter (davidc@hcchome.org) to learn more.
• Chinese School : Will continue to accept registrations. Please go the Chinese School counter on 2 nd floor or contact Principal Chen at wenwenc@yahoo.com . We offer courses in Mandarin and Cantonese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese. Tuition: $260 a year.
HCC's Got Talent: Save the date - peanut butter jelly time is approaching! HCC's Got Talent: "Unity Is..." show featuring acts from the Chinese, English, Youth, and Children will be on Friday, 9/10 at 8:00pm in the Sanctuary. Our brothers and sisters in Christ have been busy preparing for this night - invite your family and friends to come join us for this very special evening! Caring |
