ADORATION

“¡I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.”¡

Praise the Lord. Let everyone that has breath praise the Lord.

CONFESSION

“¡If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins…¡ ”¡

- I John 1:9

Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to search our heart and reveal to us any area of unconfessed sin.

We acknowledge these sins to the Lord and thank Him for His forgiveness.

THANKSGIVING

“¡Enter his gates with thanksgiving...give thanks to him and praise his name.”¡

- Psalm 100:4

Let us pause to offer our own expressions of thanksgiving.

SUPPLICATION

“¡By prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”¡

- Philippians 4:6

Around the World

1. France : pray for a country that has grown secular and indifferent in church involvement. Pray for the growth of Evangelical Christians to have an impact among the French population and unity among believers. Pray that believers be blessed with boldness to be witnesses and effective in church planting.

2. Pray for seminary student Geoff Chang for (a) His final examinations; (b) His future studies and practical training.

Our Church and Other Ministries

3. Praise God for our mothers who God use to love us, raise us and teach us. May God bless them with good health and joy.

4. Pray for the baptismal candidates, Jean Hsu, Zen Wu and Juan-Ru Lin. who will be baptized on 5/14 in the morning service. Pray for those who will be baptized on 5/21 in the noon service. They are: Chuanshan Tian, Chuanying Zhao,Yun Ying, Shui Shui Feng, Song Huang, Zhenya Zia, Ling Wang and Zhi Ming Jin..Pray that they prepare their heart and that they continue to grow in Christ.

5. Praise God for the baptism of HuaYin Liu and his wife Deng Hai Yan from New Orleans . They are staying in the Mark VI Apartments while Brother Liu is receiving medical treatment in Houston . May God watch over them and increase their faith. May God grant special mercy to them.

6. Pray for the visiting parents from overseas. May the families have an enjoyable time of reunion. May they experience the power of the gospel through the lives of the believers of Christ.

7. Pray for the students who are graduating. May God continue to bless them and direct their path.

8. Pray for the planning and promotion of HCC Music night on 6/30. May God use this event to draw His children closer to Him and each other.

9. Pray for the preparation of the Discover and Impact youth camp. Pray that many students will respond to attend and that that God will provide the needed councilors.

10. Pray for the church council meeting on 5/13. Pray that God grants wisdom and unity of heart and mind as they make decisions.

11. Pray for the students who are preparing for finals. May God grant them good health, wisdom and discipline.

Individuals

12. Praise God for the new born babies of: (a) Aaron, born to Hong Lin and Jianying Long and (b) Kenna, born to Cecilia and Kenneth Lee. Pray that the mothers recover quickly and that the families adjust well to the new family members.

13. Pray for a quick and smooth recovery of the eye operation of Yang-Cheng Tsu Sung, mother in law of Jennifer Yang.

14. Pray for Marta and Tseng Isaque as they are experiencing trial. May His comfort be upon them.

15. Pray for the family of Daniel Fang whose grandfather passed away in Taiwan . Pray for God's comfort to the family and for travelmercy as Daniel travels to Taiwan .

16. Pray for strength and comfort of the physically weak and those who are recovering: Stella Law Smither, Luella Hwang, Hushan Yang,  Dennis Huang, Shirley Huang, Mrs. Ting Chung Liao, Grace Chen, Doris Tam, Mrs. Chen L. Wu, Mrs. Lee Ying Wang, Huifeng Liu and Jun Xiu's daughter, Helen, James Chen, mother of Andy Au, Sammy Yee, Liang Zhang and David Qin.

17. Continue to pray for those who are seeking employment: Shih-Hsin Kao, Katherine Mui, and others. Pray that God opens doors to new opportunities.

18. Pray for the health of the expectant mothers and their babies: Kelly Ma, Hong Zhang, Yaxia Zou, Yujing Li, Yen Kong, Ariel Huang and Stephanie Chiang.
