Adoration

Behold, my servant shall act wisely; he shall be high and lifted up, and shall be exalted. Isaiah 52:13

Let us come and praise Our God and that His name be exalted among all people and nations.

CONFESSION

All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord has laid on him

the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:6

We are to come before our Lord and confess our sins to Jesus Christ for he has bore all our sins and iniquities.

THANKSGIVING

Therefore I will divide him a portion with the many, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong, because he poured out his soul to death and was numbered with the transgressors; yet he bore the sin of many, and makes intercession for the transgressors.

Isaiah 53:12

We are to remember what Christ has done for us when He came among us who have sinned and become one of us.

SUPPLICATION

Be not so terribly angry, O Lord, and remember not iniquity forever. Isaiah 64:9

Around the World

1.Republic of Zambia : There is widespread disillusionment among the people after its independence from Britain . Although the president openly dedicated Zambia to God as a Christian nation at the inauguration in 1991, the workings in public life have been disappointing due to corruption and neglect. Pray for spiritually and intellectually qualified leaders to be prepared and trained. Pray for their literature, and radio and television ministries to support the growth of churches.

2. May there be peace in the world. Remember the soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan who face danger everyday. May God give the leaders wisdom to find ways to bring peace.

Our Church and Other Ministries

3. Praise God for last weekend's ministry: a) in response to the film :Hope”, 11 people decided to receive Christ as their savior and Lord and the 7 who expressed desire to know more about the gospel; b) the baptism of 5 youths in the English service; c) the message of the Lord's supper and the partaking of the Lord's Supper; d) The presentation of “The Apostle's Creed” by the adult and youth choirs; and e) the co-workers of the Chinese fellowships meeting.

4.   May the Holy Spirit inspire Pastor Hsueh as he prepares for the sermons in both services.

5.   The Christmas pageant will be presented on 12/8 and 12/9. May God watch over all the details: health of the co-workers, actors, singers, dancers, stage hands, audio, video, the weather, message by Pastor Tow, and interpreter Yachin Bao. May God be greatly glorified.
