- Describe the health of our society
spiritually, physically, emotionally, and mentally.
- How do people appear publicly in comparison
to how they appear privately? Is there a difference? If yes, why and how?
- What are the qualities of a highly
healthy person? How would they behave?
- Do you focus more on “doing” or “being”?
Which one is more important to God and why?
- Name one specific way you can improve
the health of your spiritual life.
- Can you comment on the following sentence-“It
is not how much I can do for God, but how much we allow God to do through
us”?
- Name one incremental step you can
take in the next two weeks that will improve the health of your physical condition.
- On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being
excellent, how do you rate your emotional health? Name one thing that you
can do that will improve it.
