The HCC Youth Ministry exists to Invite non-believing students to know Christ, to Connect them to other Christians, to Equip believers to grow in their faith, to Challenge them to be used by God, and overall to Honor Him with their lives.

What Is Oxygen?

Oxygen is the name of our youth worship service on Sundays at 11:00AM. Each Sunday we want to create an atmosphere where middle school and high school students can connect with God and one another. We stress themes of community, authenticity, vulnerability, and progressiveness in our music, relevant teaching, and spiritual practices as important cornerstones to community worship.

What is "Discovery Camp" and "Impact"?

Discovery Camp ("D-Camp") and Impact are the fun-filled summer camps that our middle school and high school students participate in every summer to learn, relax, and build community through different workshops, messages, and free time (and maybe the eating). Discovery Camp is for incoming 6th graders to graduating 8th graders and Impact is for graduating 9th graders to graduating 12th graders. Co-sponsered with West Houston Chinese Church, we partner with other Houston-area, Port Lavaca, and Louisiana Asian-American churches to provide students with an awesome summer experience of life in an edifying community of God.
